Meet your neighbors and explore your neighborhood with Citi Bike! In 2016, the number of Citi Bike rides in Bedford-Stuyvesant more than doubled from 146,000 in 2015 to 319,000.
With 36 stations across the neighborhood, area residents can now ride and dock – anytime and anywhere. This month, Citi Bike and Bed-Stuy Restoration has partnered with Job Plus; Kweli C. and Brooklyn Neighborhood Health Action Center; Council Member Robert Cornegy; Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.; and Interfaith Medical Center.
Every Wednesday and Saturday from February through October, you are invited to take a spin around the neighborhood. Save the date for these upcoming community bike rides on May 10, 13, 17, 20, 24, and the 31st. Our start and end point is Restoration Plaza adjacent to the Applebees.
